22.     The Executive Committee decided, for the guidance of the Fund Secretariat, to block expenditure under budget lines 1202, 1203 (Consultants), 1320 (Regional Workshops), 3201 (Training Courses) and 3301 (Workshops) in the provisional budget contained in Annex V of the report of the Second Meeting of the Parties (UNEP/OzL.Pro.2/3), since these were functions that came under those of the clearing-house for which UNEP can present proposals to the Executive Committee for financing from the Interim Multilateral Fund.
