60.          It [The Executive Committee] further requested the Secretariat to consult with the implementing agencies to produce a paper which would help the Executive Committee to consider the possible future use of reasonable cost effectiveness ranges on a sub‑sector by sub‑sector basis with a view to ensuring the most expeditious, effective and efficient possible utilization of funds to address the ozone depletion problem.
