71.  The Committee decided that the following items be included in the provisional agenda of its fifth meeting:

  1. Use of contributions in kind;
  2. Draft work programmes for 1992-1993 of the implementing agencies;
  3. Evaluation of the impact of Fund activities on phase-out of CFCs;
  4. Procedures for presentation of country programmes and project proposals to the Executive Committee;
  5. Acceptance and use of bilateral and regional contributions
