The Executive Committee decided to approve the projects and activities submitted for blanket approval at the levels of funding indicated in annex XL to the present report, together with the implementation programmes associated with the relevant tranches of MYA projects; updated Agreements where applicable; relevant conditions or provisions included in the corresponding project evaluation documents; and conditions attached to the projects by the Executive Committee, noting:
- That the following Agreements had been updated:
- The Agreement between the Government of Angola and the Executive Committee for stage III of the HCFC phase-out management plan (HPMP), as contained in annex XLI to the present report, specifically Appendix 2-A, to reflect the revised funding level owing to the inclusion of funding for additional activities to maintain energy efficiency in the refrigeration servicing sector; and paragraph 17, which had been added to indicate that the updated Agreement superseded that reached at the 97th meeting in decision 97/38;
- The Agreement between the Government of Antigua and Barbuda and the Executive Committee for stage II of the HPMP, as contained in annex XLII to the present report, specifically Appendix 2-A, to reflect the revised funding level owing to the inclusion of funding for additional activities to maintain energy efficiency in the refrigeration servicing sector; and paragraph 17, which had been added to indicate that the updated Agreement superseded that reached at the 96th meeting in decision 96/32;
- The Agreement between the Government of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Executive Committee for stage II of the HPMP, as contained in annex XLIII to the present report, specifically Appendix 2-A, to reflect the revised funding level owing to the inclusion of funding for additional activities to maintain energy efficiency in the refrigeration servicing sector and the extension of the project implementation period; and paragraph 17, which had been added to indicate that the updated Agreement superseded that reached at the 87th meeting in decision 87/37;
- The Agreement between the Government of Burundi and the Executive Committee for stage II of the HPMP, as contained in annex XLIV to the present report, specifically Appendix 2‑A, to reflect the revised funding level owing to the inclusion of funding for additional activities to maintain energy efficiency in the refrigeration servicing sector; and paragraph 17, which had been added to indicate that the updated Agreement superseded that reached at the 95th meeting in decision 95/42;
- The Agreement between the Government of Cabo Verde and the Executive Committee for stage II of the HPMP, as contained in annex XLV to the present report, specifically Appendix 2-A, to reflect the revised funding level owing to the inclusion of funding for additional activities to maintain energy efficiency in the refrigeration servicing sector, the delayed submission of the second tranche and the postponement of the third tranche; and paragraph 17, which had been added to indicate that the updated Agreement superseded that reached at the 88th meeting in decision 88/46;
- The Agreement between the Government of Guyana and the Executive Committee for stage II of the HPMP, as contained in annex XLVI to the present report, specifically Appendix 2‑A, to reflect numerous changes to the tranche implementation schedule; and paragraph 16, which had been added to indicate that the updated Agreement superseded that reached at the 93rd meeting in decision 93/36;
- The Agreement between the Government of Suriname and the Executive Committee for stage II of the HPMP, as contained in annex XLVII to the present report, specifically Appendix 2‑A, to reflect the revised funding level owing to the inclusion of funding for additional activities to maintain energy efficiency in the refrigeration servicing sector; and paragraph 17, which had been added to indicate that the updated Agreement superseded that reached at the 93rd meeting in decision 93/46;
- The Agreement between the Government of Togo and the Executive Committee for stage II of the HPMP, as contained in annex XLVIII to the present report, specifically Appendix 2-A, to reflect the revised funding level owing to the inclusion of funding for additional activities to maintain energy efficiency in the refrigeration servicing sector; and paragraph 17, which had been added to indicate that the updated Agreement superseded that reached at the 91st meeting in decision 91/48; and
- That, for projects related to the renewal of institutional strengthening projects, blanket approval included approval of the observations to be communicated to recipient Governments, as contained in annex XLIX to the present report
