Decision 20/9

After considering the recommendation of the Sub-Committee on Project Review on business plans and work programmes for 1997 (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/20/5, para. 41), the Executive Committee decided to request the implementing agencies to prepare their 1997 business plans and work programmes after consultation with the Article 5 countries with whom they would be working in 1997 and to focus on compliance with commitments under the Montreal Protocol, with due attention to Executive Committee decision 19/4.
