The Executive Committee, having considered the recommendation of the Sub-Committee on Monitoring, Evaluation and Finance (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/30/4, para. 20), decided to withhold future funding for projects in Kenya pending resolution of the UNIDO demurrage charge issue*.
