Report on programme support costs of bilateral cooperation projects (follow-up to Decision 43/40)

Following a discussion of the proposal by the representative of Japan to modify the proposed procedures and guidelines for a core unit funding advance, the Executive Committee decided:

1. To defer consideration of the agenda item to the 46^th Meeting of the Executive Committee; and
2. To invite Japan to submit its proposed principles and guidelines for a core unit funding advance for bilateral agencies to the 46^th Meeting of the Executive Committee.
