Following a discussion, the Executive Committee decided:
- To endorse the 2005 annual implementation programme of the national ODS phase-out plan for Albania, on the understanding that the licensing and quota system would be implemented with the utmost urgency in accordance with decision 46/22; and
- To approve the requested tranche at the amount of US $172,322, plus agency support costs of US $12,924 for UNIDO, on the understanding that approval was without prejudice to the operation of the Montreal Protocol’s mechanism for addressing non‑compliance.
