Decision 73/63

The Executive Committee decided:

1. To note the report on disbursement of funds for the HCFC phase-out management plan (HPMP) for China (decision 72/38) contained in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/73/52;
2. To request implementing agencies:
   1. To continue monitoring the disbursement of the approved funds during stage I of the HPMP for China; and
   2. To include, when submitting stage II of the HPMP for China to the Executive Committee for consideration, the respective disbursement modality agreed on with the Government of China, along with the specific milestones that would allow for the disbursement of funds to the Government of China closer to the time when they were needed.
