Decision 96/10

The Executive Committee decided:

1. To note the revised proposal for the incentive scheme for the commercial refrigeration sector under stage II of the HCFC phase-out management plan (HPMP) for Kenya, as submitted by the Government of France and contained in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/96/11;
2. To approve the revised proposal referred to in subparagraph (a), above, on the understanding that no additional funding for the conversion would be provided by the Multilateral Fund; and
3. To note that the Government of France, in line with decision 84/84(d), would submit detailed reports on the results of existing and future end-user projects once they had been completed, to allow the Secretariat to develop fact sheets to inform future projects.
