The Executive Committee decided to note the final progress report on the implementation of the work programme associated with the final tranche of stage II of the HCFC phase-out management plan for Kyrgyzstan and the results of the end-user incentive scheme and demonstration projects in Kyrgyzstan, submitted by UNDP, in line with decision 84/84(d) and decision 85/22(a), and contained in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/90/9.
